♦ ARE FREE PRODUCTS REALLY FREE?
Yes they are! You only cover shipping and handling fees (S/H).

♦ WHY DO YOU PROPOSE FREE PRODUCTS?
It's one of our ways to make our shop known. While some use ads, we prefer to let you evaluate the quality of our products by yourself and if you are satisfied, you will come again.

 

♦ WHAT IS THE STORE'S MAIN CURRENCY?
The main currency is in $ USD but we provide an automatic currency converter so shopping is easier for you when displayed in your country's currency. However, checkout will be in USD.

 

♦ I HAVE NEITHER CREDIT CARD NOR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. HOW CAN I GET YOUR PRODUCTS?
We accept the worldwide famous Bitcoin currency as payment method. In most countries, you can create a bitcoin wallet quite easily and buy bitcoins via several methods such as bank transfers, mobile payments or even cash. Ideal for countries with low credit card penetration such as Philippines or Malaysia. Check out these links or contact us for more information. We'll be happy to help you get our products.

 

♦ DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED FROM ANY COUNTRY?
We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide.

 

♦ HOW MUCH ARE THE FEES?
Fees depend on the ordered products, the total weight and the location where you want the items to be delivered to. They will be specified before checkout.

 

♦ WHY CAN'T I CHECKOUT MY ORDER?
It's because you don't respect our Free Products Policy

 

♦ AT THE FINAL STAGE OF CHECKOUT, ON THE "PAYMENT METHOD" PAGE, MY SHIPPING FEES ARE ABNORMALLY LOW/HIGH! WHY?
This is a Shopify known issue. Go back to the Shipping Method page to refresh the fees. Sorry for that.

 

♦ IS IT RELIABLE TO ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE? IS IT SECURE?
Yes it is, our website is 100% secure.

First, we use the services of world leader McAfee which secures your datas all the time.

Second, we use Stripe, Paypal and even the new encrypted Bitcoin currency to secure all of your transactions: so you can order without any fear of being hacked.

 

♦ I ORDERED MORE THAN 15 DAYS AGO AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING!
As mentioned in the Deliveries section as well as during checkout, our delivery times range from 2 to 8 weeks. Just be patient, your order will arrive shortly.

 

♦ I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different overseas manufacturers so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us with your name and order number.

 

♦ WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays. 

 

♦ CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER? 
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.  Please note that it is your responsibility to use the correct address.  We do not offer refunds for incorrect address on the customer side.

 

♦ I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT THE PACKAGE LOOKS GENERIC WITH WRONG INFO. IS IT SUSPICIOUS?
Don't worry, it well and truly comes from us. You received generic package with misleading information (provider, price, etc) as a secured way to prevent any robbery or customs problems during the whole delivery process.
